To make this fruity cream, you simply have to introduce the following ingredients into a bowl:

  • 1/2 cup of natural cashews, previously soaked (ideally for 12 hours)
  • 1/4 pitahaya (or any other fruit: blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, açai or even mango)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • a pinch of salt

And you blend all together, until there is a creamy sauce. Its salty sweet savor with fruity touches and a taste of cheese will surprise your senses and bring you numerous benefits.
